Both our Basic and Standard licenses entitle you to free support for our software from our community forums. For access to our dedicated support team and Marmalade engineers, you’ll need to upgrade to the Professional license.
All requests for support with Marmalade will be handled by an expert and turned around quickly, according to our strict Support Agreement. With a Professional license, you’ll also get access to more Beta versions than Basic and Standard licensees.
Professional licensees include big-name companies like EA Mobile, Square Enix and PopCap, who rely on Marmalade for timely solutions to any issues. Upgrading to Professional will give you exactly the same high level of support.
