I'm using it inside an organization firewall that automatically block and remove any application that is not authorized.

You need to be able to connect to the internet for initial registration (this runs at the end of the SDK installer). From then on the SDK needs to connect to the internet every 10 days to renew its license. So you can use the SDK without a connection, but not indefinitely. I'd suggest you contact your system administrator to get the SDK licensing module (/s3e/bin/iwlicense.exe) permitted to use the http port (80)
