Using OpenCV with Marmalade

It's possible to use opencv with marmalade?
I have a lot of linker problems i.e.:

Unable to run ios simulator

Hi guys,

I'm trying to run the ios simulator using the following command -

mkb --iphone jeet.mkb

but i'm getting error while compilation. I'm using cocos2d-x and marmalade 5.2.2 mac sdk. but, I have no issues with available marmalade demo projects.

i'm getting started with Marmalade. I'm facing resource management but i'm getting a memory error while running my application:

The program '[4812] s3e_simulator_debug.exe: Native' has exited with code -1073741819 (0xc0000005).

Error takes place after executing the instruction IwResManagerInit(), but i really don't understand why... here the steps i've taken:

1. created a group file:

the question is simple... how to render an animated logo while loading resources? I tried calling rendering methods from a separate thread but this gives runtime errors.

Any idea?

SAX XML lib support in Marmalade

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to use SAX XML parser lib with Marmalade. Is there any recommended XML lib which supports SAX parsing and can be used with Marmalade? Please share your input. TinyXML supports only DOM parsing and it is not useful for me. I like to use SAX library in same was as we are using TinyXML thru package and subproject option in .mkb file. For other independent lib I coulndt find way to create ARM supported output lib.

I have checked Xerces which seems most mature lib in XML parsing with DOM and SAX.

Please guide me for this issue.

For Marmalade Team Members, please try to give support for SAX parsing lib which is useful in many case because DOM parsing very much memory consuming option.
