Bug Reporting Form

Note: this form is only for bug submissions. If you have a developer question, please visit https://www.madewithmarmalade.com/devnet/support. Bugs submitted here will be validated and entered in to our bug tracking software. You may not receive an acknowledgement.

Please supply as much information as possible about the issue you are reporting as this helps us reproduce the problem quickly. Reports such as ‘sound is broken and doesn’t work’ make it difficult for engineers to isolate the cause and will delay your report or cause it to be rejected.

Notes:
We highly recommend that you attach a sample that reproduces the problem. This helps our engineers validate the problem quicker. Sample code should be free from 3rd party components and be a standalone sample.

Bug reports that do not meet our minimum criteria or do not contain a repro case will take longer to validate.
