
Niall Murphy - CEO
Niall became CEO of Ideaworks3D Limited in April 2010 and is a technology entrepreneur and angel investor. He was founder of The Cloud, Europe's largest public WiFi network, acquired by British Sky Broadcasting in January 2011. A computer scientist by training, Niall has 20 years of experience in the technology market and has founded and developed a number of ventures in digital media and mobile networking.

Alex Caccia - President
Alex has founded two companies, Atomic Interactive, a games software business, and WaterRower Limited, a sports-equipment business that remains a profitable world-wide operation. He joined Sportal in 1999 where he was head of the Applications Development team, responsible for developing leading-edge internet technology.

Tim Closs - CTO
Tim has over 20 years' experience of commercial software development, and joined Marmalade in 2004. As CTO, Tim has lead the creation and productization of the Marmalade SDK, and continues to drive the company's technology and product strategies. Tim holds a Mathematics degree and Theoretical Physics postgraduate diploma from Cambridge University.

Guy Whitcroft - COO
Guy has over 30 years' experience in IT working with ICL, HP and Siemens amongst others and has led a number of technology companies in high growth phase. In 1992, Guy joined Tarsus Technologies, a then-small distributor in South Africa, and grew the company 100x to market leadership and a successful stock market listing. From there he moved to Dubai for three years where he was Group COO of Aptec Holdings, one of the region's top IT groups.

Azita Esmaili - EVP Engineering
Azita leads the Engineering department focusing on the structuring and operation of the product engineering function as a cohesive unit; the conceptualising and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects, and fostering the innovative solution to customer needs. Azita holds B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden and has a proven track record of leading global technical teams.

Scott Hedrick - EVP Americas
Scott has spent his career driving the success of new products and partnerships in the internet software, services and device space. He has managed alliances and strategy projects in corporate development at Nokia and Sun Microsystems. Scott launched the first Linux for mobile at MontaVista and led Opera to a leadership position in web browsers and user interfaces for internet devices. Scott has an MBA in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Olivier Morato - VP Finance & Company Secretary
Post graduate in International Finance from both French & English universities, Olivier has over 18 years of experience in various industries ranging from retail and services to industrial, multinationals to start-ups. Financial controller at DeBeers LV Ltd for 3 years, 2 years at 1e Europe Ltd, 2 years at Simon Ventures International and 5 years at Schneider Electric.

Yasushi Nakamura - VP Business Development APAC
Prior to joining Ideaworks3D in December 2007, Yasushi pioneered game middleware licensing business in Japan for Criterion Software, which was later acquired by Electronic Arts. He continued to be involved in game technologies, managing collaborative next-gen game technology development projects for EA worldwide studios. He holds MSc in Control System Engineering from University of Manchester.

Bruce Beckloff - Non-Executive Director for ARM
Bruce is head of Corporate Business Development at ARM Holdings PLC responsible for corporate strategy development, M&A, and investments activities. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor and a Masters in materials science and holds a Masters in Business administration from the Southern Methodist University.

David Macmillan - Non Executive Director
David joined Macmillan Limited in 1985. He worked overseas in Australia, India and the United State and was promoted to the main board of Macmillan Ltd in 1990. Since 2005 he has gradually reduced his executive commitments in Macmillan. He now holds a number of outside directorships and is closely involved in a number of charities.
