At Marmalade, we believe an agile mind and a strong desire to learn and contribute ideas are essential qualities for any candidate.
For all candidates, we insist that:
- CV must contain all academic qualifications from A-level upwards, including grades and named universities/institutions.
CVs without this information will not be processed.
For graduate engineers, we insist upon:
- Degree qualification, 1st or 2:1
- Degree subject should be Maths, Computer Science or natural sciences.
- Thorough understanding of C++
- Strong evidence of personal programming interests and projects.
For senior engineers, we insist upon:
- Wide-ranging software development experience, including at least 5 years C++ in a commercial context.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Evidence of programming within technically-constrained environments.
