Harvey Elliott – CEO
Previously MD & COO at Marmalade, Harvey was promoted to CEO in April 2013. Harvey's role sees him take overall leadership for all of Marmalade's business interests, including the award-winning SDK, Marmalade Game Studio, Made with Marmalade publishing, and software services division. Prior to joining Marmalade Harvey was VP, General Manager at Electronic Arts, Harvey leading studios responsible for titles including the Harry Potter game series. Prior to joining EA in 2003, he was Studio General Manager for Acclaim Entertainment, with overall responsibility for three of Acclaim's UK studios. Harvey is currently Chair of the BAFTA Games and BAFTA Children's Committees.

Alex Caccia – President
Alex is an entrepreneur and investor in media, technology, manufacturing and has a background in finance. Alex has founded several businesses in interactive media, games and manufacturing. He joined Ideaworks3D (Marmalade's holding company) in 2005, and as CEO from 2006 to 2010, was responsible for setting out the cross-platform tools strategy, and raising the initial backing for the Company.

Edward Gilchrist – Finance Director & Company Secretary
Ed joined Marmalade in January 2013 after 9 years with Electronic Arts working in Finance Director roles based in London, LA and San Francisco supporting EA’s console gaming, mobile and social development and publishing organisations. Prior to this, Ed worked within KPMG’s Audit & Assurance Services during which time he obtained his qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

Tim Closs – CTO
Tim has over 20 years' experience of commercial software development, and joined Marmalade in 2004. As CTO, Tim has lead the creation and productization of the Marmalade SDK, and continues to drive the company's technology and product strategies. Tim holds a Mathematics degree and Theoretical Physics postgraduate diploma from Cambridge University.

Annie Sullivan – VP Sales
Annie has over 20 years’ experience in the interactive entertainment industry. Prior to joining Marmalade in April 2013, Annie was Managing Director Export Territories at THQ responsible for developing and driving the Export business including international expansion across EMEA/Asia Pacific.
Prior to THQ, Annie worked at Microsoft where she implemented an effective retail/distribution network for the successful launch of Xbox in EMEA.

Yasushi Nakamura – VP Business Development APAC
Prior to joining Ideaworks3D in December 2007, Yasushi pioneered game middleware licensing business in Japan for Criterion Software, which was later acquired by Electronic Arts. He continued to be involved in game technologies, managing collaborative next-gen game technology development projects for EA worldwide studios. He holds MSc in Control System Engineering from University of Manchester.

Rich Sturges
During a career spanning over 20 years in business sales, Rich has worked for the likes of Edge and Eurogamer where he managed trade marketing and event business; he also created and manages videogame networking meet-ups for developers in both Brighton and Cambridge. Rich’s wide network of publisher and developer contacts are an asset to the Marmalade team and here he manages the commercial license activity of the Marmalade SDK for the EMEA region.

Joseph Morici – the Director of Business Development, Americas
Joe is the founding Vice Chairman of the Entertainment Software Association, has served on the advisory council for the Video Software Association, and has participated in many video game industry panel discussions. Before joining Marmalade, Joe served as a Director at Digital Entertainment Insights, and as the Vice President of Sales at 505 Games. Prior to 505 Games, Joe served as VP of Sales for Eidos, where he re-launched the Tomb Raider and Hitman series of games. He was also instrumental in both the marketing and sales of video games at top-grossing game companies including Capcom, Bally and Gametek.

Donald Beatson – Head of Services and PMO
Having worked in the mobile technology space since the late 90s, Donald joined Marmalade in 2012. Previous roles include leading engineering and project teams at Symbian, Nokia and Accenture. Donald is responsible for all aspects of Project Delivery across the company. He holds a Batchelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Glasgow.

Tony Waters – Head of SDK
Tony has over 15 years’ experience in telecoms and real-time software development. Prior to joining Marmalade in 2011, Tony was Lead Product Manager at Avaya Communications responsible for the Applications Portfolio. Tony has a track record of innovation which includes 4 patent filings. He holds a degree in Information & Computing from Loughborough University.

Massimo Caporale – Head of Content
Massimo has been working in the mobile games industry since 2004. Recently he led the content acquisition and publishing activities for Arvato Mobile, GlobalFun and Twistbox Entertainment. He has been heading up the Marmalade Content Team since 2011. Massimo holds an honours degree in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Charlie Peachey – Senior Marketing Manager
As Senior Marketing Manager, Charlie oversees the global marketing activities for Marmalade. Prior to joining the team, Charlie’s 15 year Marketing career has included roles in corporate and start-up media, telecommunications and consultancy organisations, including the Financial Times, and BT plc where she was involved in launching broadband into the UK market as well as the branding and launch of BT Vision.

Stephanie Jorgl – Head of Americas Marketing
Steph joined Marmalade in September 2012 and manages our Americas Marketing and Global Partner Marketing Relations from our Silicon Valley office location. She brings to Marmalade more than 15 years of experience in marketing for mobile, gaming and interactive companies including Apple, Opera, Organic and Sony. While at Opera, Jorgl managed worldwide marketing for the Opera Browser, Opera Mini and the Wii Internet Channel. Prior to Opera, Steph managed marketing for Apple from the launch of the first iMac, through the launch of iTunes for Windows. Steph holds a BA with Honors in Political Science from San Jose State University.

Simon is a private equity investor. He graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Edinburgh

Ian Mattingly – Non-Executive Director

David Macmillan – Non Executive Director
David joined Macmillan Limited in 1985. He worked overseas in Australia, India and the United States and was promoted to the main board of Macmillan Ltd in 1990. Since 2005 he has gradually reduced his executive commitments in Macmillan. He now holds a number of outside directorships and is closely involved in a number of charities.
